Open the Meeting Details
- Locate the meeting you wish to re-schedule. This could be found in the meetings tab.
- Click on the meeting that you want to change. This will open its details page.
Edit the Meeting Details
- On the right side of the screen the meeting details will be displayed, under that section there will be a start time field
- Modify the start time to when the meeting should be rescheduled to

- On the selected meeting click the
Notice
button.
- From here choose the recipients of the email.
- Add a message to the email.
- Click the
Send
button from the toolbar.
