Scheduled Meetings & Action Items

The meeting schedule and pending action items are available on the Schedule screen. Here you can schedule new meetings or create action items unrelated to a specific meeting.

This video will show you how easy it is to create new meetings. For step by step instructions on how to create new Meetings or Action Items, refer to below the video.

  1. To view the schedule, details of upcoming meetings and outstanding action items click on the “SCHEDULE” tab on the top portion of the screen.

  2. Details of the scheduled meetings include the meeting title, location, type, agenda and time. The actions items section on the other hand, includes the action’s title, due date, assignee, date and meeting where it was created.
