Overview
This guide covers signing in to Process PA, staying signed in with “remember me”, and what to expect when your details don’t match an account. Process PA runs entirely in your browser, so you can log in from any device at any time.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the login page
- Go to https://app.processpa.com/. If you are not already signed in, you will be taken to the login page.
2. Enter your details
- Type the email address you registered with.
- Enter your password.
3. Choose whether to stay signed in
- Tick Remember me if you are on a private device and would like Process PA to keep you signed in between visits. Leave it unticked on shared or public computers.
4. Sign in
- Select Log in. On success you will land on your home page (dashboard). If you belong to more than one organisation, you can switch between them from here.
If your details don’t match
- Incorrect password — Process PA shows a warning and lets you try again. If you can’t recall your password, use the reset link (see below).
- Unknown email — a warning is shown without confirming whether an account exists for that address. This protects members’ privacy.
