Overview
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it yourself by email. Process PA sends a secure link that lets you choose a new password. For everyone’s security, the system never reveals whether an email address belongs to an account.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open the reset page
- From the login page at https://app.processpa.com/, select the Forgotten password link.
2. Enter your email address
- Type the email address you use for Process PA.
- Submit the form.
Whether or not that address has an account, you’ll see the same confirmation message. This is deliberate — it stops anyone from using the reset form to discover who has an account.
3. Open the reset link
- Check your inbox for an email from Process PA containing a reset link.
- If it hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder and make sure you trust the sender.
- Select the link in the email.
4. Choose a new password
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm it, then save.
- You can now log in with your new password.
Tips
- Reset links are time-limited. If yours has expired, simply request another.
- If you never receive an email, the address may differ from the one on your account — try any alternate addresses, or contact support@processpa.com.
