Overview
Most meetings begin by confirming the minutes of the previous meeting and reviewing outstanding items. Process PA handles both automatically, so the continuity between meetings is built in.
Confirm the previous minutes
- Before a meeting can close, a date for the next meeting must be set. The minutes of the meeting you’re closing are then automatically included on that next agenda.
- At the next meeting, open the agenda item for confirming the previous minutes.
- Record that the minutes were confirmed.
Business arising (carry-over)
Outstanding action items and unfinished business from prior meetings appear automatically as business arising on the next agenda. You don’t have to copy anything across — items stay visible until they’re resolved.
- Review the business arising items on the agenda.
- Update, complete or add notes to each as the meeting progresses.
