Overview
Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your login. As well as your password, you enter a one-time code sent to you — so even if someone learns your password, they can’t sign in without the code. 2FA is available to all Process PA customers and is often required by enterprise and government organisations.
How it works
- Enter your email and password at https://app.processpa.com/ as usual.
- Request a one-time code to be sent to you by SMS or email.
- Enter the code to complete your login.
Good to know
- Process PA has undergone independent security and penetration testing, including for a large government department — 2FA is part of keeping your records safe.
- If you don’t receive your code, check your phone signal or your email junk folder, and make sure you trust the email sender.
