Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Attach any supporting documents to your agenda items. See Attach a document to an agenda item.
  2. Preview the agenda or minutes to check it reads correctly. See Preview and download the PDF.
  3. Send the agenda or minutes. The PDF, calendar invite and document ZIP (for agendas) are attached automatically.
